Vibration when engaging the clutch

Vibration when engaging the clutch, the so-called. clutch jerking, may occur in the case of e.g.. jamming of the clutch disc hub on the shaft, damage to the friction linings, damage to the shock absorber springs in the clutch disc, warping of the pressure plate, etc..
Incomplete clutch disengagement may be the result of improper clearance (too much) on the clutch pedal, a distorted clutch disc or pressure plate, clad blacks, improper adjustment of the shut-off levers, jamming of the clutch disc on the input shaft, etc..
The noisiness of the clutch operation may be caused by the loose seating of the clutch disc hub on the clutch shaft, breakage or weakening of the torsional damper springs, seized or lubricated clutch thrust bearing, worn or non-lubricated shaft bearing, etc..
Excessively rapid wear of the friction linings may be caused by any malfunction causing the slippage of the clutch plates and improper handling. Driving on the so-called. half clutch, keeping your foot on the clutch pedal while driving, too frequent disengagement and too slow engagement of the clutch causes rapid wear of the friction linings.
Also weakened compression springs, a distorted clutch plate or pressure plate, improper adjustment of the clutch can cause rapid wear of the friction linings.
