The course of the fertilization process

The course of the fertilization process.
The fertilization process includes: preparation of fertilizer, loading, transport to the field, filling machines and spreading fertilizer. Fertilizer seeders are used to sow artificial fertilizers, lime spreaders and ammonia water spreaders. Manure spreaders and liquid manure spreaders are used for fertilization with organic fertilizers.
Both mineral fertilizers, and organic are a very diverse material. Fertilization machines must ensure an even distribution of the fertilizer in the field, across the entire working width, as well as along the direction of movement of the machine. Depending on the type of fertilizer and the plant's requirements, different doses of fertilizer are applied to individual soils. Consequently, in fertilizing machines it must be possible to regulate this dose within the desired limits. The fertilizers are corrosive, therefore it is necessary to be able to easily remove the remaining fertilizer from the machine and to clean it thoroughly. Fertilization machines should be durable and reliable in operation. The great versatility of these machines is also highly desirable, so that they can sow different fertilizers and in different doses. This also applies to the possibility of sowing fertilizer lime.
