A dredger for deep soil loosening

A dredger for deep soil loosening.
When growing deep-rooting plants, like for example. root crops, deep loosening of the soil is necessary. Due to this, that deep plowing of some types of soil is inadvisable, for fear of bringing barren subsoil to the top, the so-called. necrosis, replaceable countersinks were used for the plows. The task of the countersink is to loosen the paddle itself without drawing this layer to the top. Thanks to this, the so-called. a plow sole formed by previous killer whales of equal depth. The working part of the countersink can be a goose foot, spring tooth, blade or wedge, which, moving below the bottom of the furrow, loosens the podsoil at a depth of up to 10 Cm. Countersinks are positioned like this, to loosen only the right side of the furrow already plowed and the left side of the furrow already covered with a furrow. Thanks to this, the support and furrow wheel of the plow rolling close to the furrow wall do not compress the loosened paddle in the extreme furrows.
The resistance of the countersink is 20-50% of the resistance of the plow body. The necessary protection of the countersinks against damage is achieved by mounting them on an articulated square. As a result, they can deflect when entering obstacles, especially the stones. A special pin provides additional protection for the countersink, which is cut off in case the countersink is not deflected in time.
