Types of clutches in cars

Types of clutches in cars.
We distinguish between friction clutches, which transmit power via the friction between its discs and hydraulic clutches, which transmit propulsion due to the hydrokinetic energy of the fluid (circulating between the blades of their rotors.
We divide friction clutches into two main groups: a) single disc dry and b) multi-disc dry and wet. Clutches can also be distinguished by the way they are controlled: mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic.
In addition to the friction clutch, we can also meet electromagnetic and hydrokinetic couplings.
