Harrow-weeder

Harrow-weeder.
Harrow-weeder is used primarily to combat early emerging weeds and to destroy the crust formed after sowing on compact soils. It consists of a wire mesh and teeth perpendicular to it. The hinge structure of the individual mesh segments allows for adaptation, its surface to the unevenness of the ground. Thanks to this, the harrow acts as a rake, "Brushing” less rooted weeds from among cultivated plants. After turning the harrow with the short ends of the tines down, the harrow can also be used before the emergence of potatoes, because the short teeth work very shallow, without damaging the root plants . For good work results, harrow-weeder should be used several times - at intervals of several days.
