Plowing depth adjustment

Plowing depth adjustment.
There are four basic systems for adjusting the plowing depth with mounted plows: copying regulation, force regulation, position control and mixed control.
The copying adjustment consists in the use of a copying wheel attached to its frame in the plow. Jockey wheel, rolling on the surface of the field, transmits any changes in position to the plow frame, and this one - on the bodies rigidly connected to it. Setting the desired plowing depth depends on the positioning of the depth wheel in relation to the plow bodies. If we raise the wheel in relation to the frame upwards, this will increase the plowing depth, if the wheel is lowered in relation to the frame, then the plowing will be shallower. Any changes in the position of the copying wheel are achieved by turning (by means of the setting spindle) double cranked axle of this wheel.
