Support for mounted plows

Support for mounted plows.
In order to hang the plow on the tractor, it is most convenient to install the left lower link on the crank axle pins first, then right, and finally, only mount the upper connector in the hole on the stand. This sequence allows for additional adjustment of the right hanger when installing the right pull rod in order to adjust the position of this pull rod to the position of the right pivot of the crank axle of the plow.. Then, once the plow is connected to the two lower links, a hydraulic jack can be used to facilitate the installation of the upper connector. It is necessary to check when installing the upper connector, whether both its ends are equally threaded into the threaded central sleeve. After mounting the plow on the tractor's lift, the length of the chains that stiffen the lower rods should be adjusted. Appropriate stiffening of these chains is to partially limit the lateral deflection of the plow during operation and completely - during transport. For this purpose, the stiffening chains are equipped with a turnbuckle, which allows for smooth adjustment of their length. To reduce the load on the hydraulic lift during transport of the plow and to ensure safety, after lifting the plow, secure it against self-lowering. A special hook or chain is used for this, one end of which is permanently attached to the left lower link, the other end is attached to a special eye on the body of the hydraulic jack.
This method of securing a lifted tool applies to all attachments.
